Position Description Summary
Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for entering in detailed information into SharePoint
- Coordinate and process area and utility shutdowns
- Responsible for continuous flow of the Utility Shutdown Request (USR)/Area Shutdown
- Request (ASR) through the review and approval process
- Maintaining USR/ASR tracking Logs, Status Logs and Master calendar on LAWA Sharepoint
- Responsible for checking work entered in to ensure information is accurate
- Maintaining and updating all documentation associated with the USR/ASR’s through the review and final approval process
- Send out approval notifications and close out the USR/ASR’s
- Follow up on the status of shutdowns per the contractor’s requests
- Work extensively with MS Outlook and SharePoint
- Must communicate effectively with Contractors, Project Managers, Technical Groups and other Stakeholders throughout the process using email/phone
- Will be assigned other related tasks as needed
Hardware/Software Knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Explorer
- Knowledge of SharePoint

- 3 -7 years of relevant work experience
- Highly organized and can focus on small details
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize their work
- Ability to work in a team environment and or work independently when the work requires
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology and processes is highly desired
- Must be able to work cooperatively with others, and be adaptable to change
- Ability to communicate and express themselves in a professional manner with other co-workers on processes and procedures
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of this work
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- A desire to show initiative, ask questions on process and procedures
Education/Training
- Construction Administration, Customer Service, Project Management.
